Eulogia Gador del Carmen was the eldest child of Don Pio Quinto del Carmen and Doņa Petrana Gador. She was born in Moalboal, Cebu, around the late 1850's.
She married Santiago Sales, perhaps during the last part of the 1870's. They had several children, but only six survived to adulthood. They were Eufemia, Aniceta, twins Wencelaso and Sofia, Gorgonio, and Sancho.
She died in Moalboal sometime before 1930.
